SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing, Shipping, and Handling

Processing may take up to 1-3 business working days. Our working days are Monday - Saturday. Orders will NOT be shipped or processed on Sunday. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Shipping is 3-5 days. While express is 1-3 days.

 

All hair is preordered! Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email.   

 

International 

Yes, we ship internationally too! Shipping is 5 - 20 business days. Time depends on delivery company and final destination of package. 

 

Package is lost or damaged

Unfortunately, Tima's Touch has no control after handing your shipment off to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact a consultant from the delivery service (UPS or USPS) for assistance in filing claims or locating packages. 

 

Duties & Taxes

Duties and Taxes are assessed by your government which are NOT included in your shipping cost. You are responsible for all cost.
